Our clinicians make use of psychotherapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to treat symptoms of depression. Through use of these treatment modalities, clinicians aid an individual in identification and countering of negative thinking and behavioral patterns while making use of skills to manage and effectively work through emotional distress. When needed, medication management can be utilized in addition to psychotherapy.
