General Mental Health
-
Mental health is described as one’s emotional, social, and psychological well-being at a given time, as opposed to having or not having the presence of a psychiatric condition. It is how we think, feel, and act. The quality of a person’s mental health is often measured by self and others by how adaptively they can cope with everyday stressors.
